At midnight EDT on July 4th, he left Kuwait and traveled for nearly thirty hours before arriving home in Kodak for 18 days of leave.
He'll be getting married tomorrow evening by the shores of Douglas Lake, and leaving on a honeymoon Monday with his new bride.
He'll be back home around the 14th, and then headed back to Iraq around the 20th to finish his 15 month tour, at which time my new daughter, Sasha, will be heading to Colorado for college.
Kids grow so fast...
