A Maryville woman was kidnapped last night. She's 25 year old Sandy Jeffers, a UT student. Her neighbors heard screams coming from her apartment at about 11:30 Tuesday night, but by the time they responded, all they saw was a car speeding away. The neighbor described the car as a small, red car, possibly a Dodge Shadow or Stratus, with damage to the right rear. The damaged area had gold paint on it. Sandy is about 5' 3" tall, 130 lps, with shoulder length dark brown hair.
