2-4. Man,.wife and baby
5. Woman's head to right of arch
6-7. two profiles on left finial
8. Full face to the left of the left finial
9. frowning profile above left finial, formed by finial and bird.
But I swear there should be something with the dog...

I got nine, but it wasn't at 1:30 Sunday morning. There are four faces involved in the left finial, the rest are a piece of cake...a fun head banger.
I see a clear womans face in the clouds above the finial, but I can only find 3 involved with it.
Great puzzle!
There seems to me to be a hooded, cloaked figure in the wall to the left of the left column. It is hunched over a bit, and looks a bit like the Ghost of Christmas Yet to Come....
