Ok, first a confession:
I haven't watched a full Grammy telecast since they gave Milli Vanilli the Grammy. They kinda lost credibility, don't you think?
Anyway, I flipped back and forth a couple of times, then watched the last half hour or so. Here's what I saw.
I rpobably missed other high and low lights, but I'm sure you can read about them on other blogs.

And I really, really wanted to like Sheryl Crow and Kid Rock but they kinda sucked. Except the drummer, he was pretty good. And Kid Rock was OK, I guess.
You just never know.

I thought Springsteen sucked but I've never been a big fan anyway...Also, I thought Simon & Garfunkel were good. Norah looked very nervous but with her voice, who cares? Pretty good show all in all.
Posted by: deb on February 24, 2003 10:45 AMOh, and Faith Hill, although she has fabulous legs, looked like a slut..IMHO.
Posted by: deb on February 24, 2003 10:49 AMSheryl Crow had "No War" on her guitar strap. Unfortunately for her, her hair covered up the "No," which tended to send the opposite message. I missed N'SYNC (darn) but when they aren't dancing and lip sincing, those boys can sing. Too bad they don't get more of a chance to prove it. The Clash tribute was good, but you're raight, Bruce wasn't at his best.
Posted by: rich on February 24, 2003 12:02 PMWere the Grammy's on? I didn't know they still presented them. Kinda pointless these day, aren't they?
Posted by: Barry on February 24, 2003 11:26 PMSo...did Jethro Tull beat out Metallica again?
