The coolest warbird ever
This P-38 Lightening was encased in ice for 50 years after crashing in England Greenland. She was recovered and restored over the last 10 years, and now flies out of Middlesboro KY. Looks like it's time for a road trip!

I could have sworn that particular one went down in Greenland, but I could be wrong.

Upon further review, you're absolutely right. I was typing faster than I was thinking, a common problem. Generally planes don't become encased in ice in England.
