NYPD investigators are in Israel undergoing training to detect and investigate suicide bombers, the Daily News has learned.For the first time, a U.S. police department is being trained by experts from Israel's military and municipal police forces, who have had to respond to scores of human bombs in the last 18 months.
We learn best by doing. Let's hope we never have the opportunity to acquire the expertise of the Israelis
